Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
- Managing websites on Joomla and Prestashop platforms
- Managing company IT projects unrelated to web hosting
- Basic management of web hosting technologies
Candidate Requirements:
- Familiarity with VPS server technologies and server hosting services
- Knowledge of web hosting services
- Assertive communication skills
- Experience with Joomla and Prestashop CMS
- Passive English proficiency
- Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
