Last night, we noticed a large number of clients experiencing security issues on iPhones and iPads. You can find a detailed article on today's issue here:

As a result, iPhone and iPad users may be unable to connect to services like email accounts.
Solution:
-
Visit the Let’s Encrypt Certificates page.
-
Download the ISRG Root X1 certificate in .pem format:
-
On your device, go to "Settings" and you will find the downloaded certificate ready for installation, directly above the menu.
-
Install the certificate and restart your device.
-
Open the mail client settings and revert the port settings:
- Incoming Mail (IMAP), Port: 143
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP), Port: 587
If this procedure does not work, please contact Apple Support, or disable encryption.
