Steps to enable SPICE console on Windows:

  1. Download and install Virt Viewer 2.0.
  2. In the oVirt administrative interface, in the left column under Console: Connect
  3. Your web browser will prompt you to save or open the file `console.vv`
  4. Associate the file to be opened with the newly installed Virt Viewer 2.0, which is installed at `c:\Program Files\VirtViewer v2.0256\bin\remote-viewer.exe` (Windows 7 x64)
